How To Combat Motion Sickness

TipSnip: Motion Sickness is thought to be caused by a sensory mismatch. Visually you don't seem to be moving but the balance center in your ears feel it. There are a few things to try and what will work depends on the individual. Being the Driver usually does not cause Motion Sickness. Also, over the counter drugs such as Dramamine and Bonine, and prescription products like scopolamine patches help. Ginger is sometimes helpful as well. Sleeping in the vehicle and rolling down the windows or turning on the air conditioning help too.
