TipSnip: There are a few things to do to try to prevent Jet Lag.
NO COFFEE, TEA, OR COKE
DON'T RESORT TO SLEEPING PILLS AT NIGHT
DON'T SLEEP DURING THE DAY
DON'T EAT THE AIRPLANE FOOD
If you fast on only water 16 hours before your next breakfast you will reduce the jet lag. Also, eat light fruits and vegetables a few days prior to flying.
